Study on Gas–Solid Two–Phase Flow Characteristics of One–Furnace with Two–Tower Semi–Dry Desulfurization in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

A single–phase flow model was used to analyze the uniformity of field in desulfurization tower under different baffle combinations, and a multiphase explain gas solid two–phase characteristics chemical reaction tower. The stability behavior solids one furnace two towers discussed. results show that installation shielding plates at appropriate positions for sulfur removal is beneficial enhance uniform distribution space, reduce pulsation interference bed pressure tower, keep state unchanged, maintain efficiency high level. Reducing instability gas–solid basis ensuring stable switching between single double towers.
